The Bentwater® Property Owners Association is the only official property owner organization recognized and established by the Bentwater® Deed Restrictions. The Bentwater® POA’s primary function is to improve the quality of life and to protect the property values for all the property owners of Bentwater®. This is accomplished through the enforcement of the Bentwater® deed restrictions and through the efficient management of the day-to-day operations of the subdivision. These operations include such things as entrance management, subdivision maintenance, architectural control, and property owner communication.
