GENERAL OVERVIEW
The POA is governed by a board of directors comprised of a president, vice president, and a secretary/treasurer. The present board is appointed by the developer and shall serve until such time as the subdivision is substantially complete. At that time, control of the board will be turned over to the property owners, at which time the board members will be elected by popular vote.
The board is assisted by an advisory board comprised of five property owners elected to serve three-year staggered terms of office. There is no distinction as to type of ownership, i.e., homeowner or lot owner. The advisory board provides input and advice to the board and serves as a liaison between the board and property owners.
The POA maintains full time on-site staff directed by the general manager. There are four basic operational departments within the POA:
- Administration
- Entrance Management
- Maintenance and Mowing
